In Photos, select one Live Photo.
Use Share → Export Unmodified Original(s), then save the exported files to Files.

Keep the still and .MOV together.
A normal Live Photo export gives you the original still image and its paired QuickTime movie.

Choose the two files below.
Matching stems such as IMG_1234.HEIC + IMG_1234.MOV are a useful hint, but you remain in control of the pairing.

Build .alive locally.
The original media bytes are not decoded or re-encoded. Alive Web hashes both files, writes the v1 manifest, then self-verifies the archive before download.
